Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Capture Date: 7/20/23

Film stock: Cinestill 400D

Background: Inside Drottingholm Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site, a statue is illuminated by natural light. Shot on Cinestill 400D, the film’s signature red glow illuminates the most important parts of her body: her outstretched finger, chest, forehead, and the book she carries. Traditionally a raised finger symbolizes divine power and a soul's ascent to heaven. The glow creates a spotlight on themes of divine strength and power (her finger), knowledge (the book), love (the heart), and higher consciousness (the forehead).

  • Edition: Strictly limited to ten prints per size

  • Signature: Hand-signed by the artist

  • Authentication: Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity

Packaging & Shipping

Each print is prepared with the utmost care and attention to preservation:

  • Shipped in a heavy duty tube

  • Wrapped in archival glassine and bubble wrap

  • Clearly marked fragile for secure handling

  • Carefully rolled to ensure safe transit and longevity

Opening Your Print

  • Open the print by removing the end of the tube with the logo sticker. Tear away the paper that says “Tear Here,” and allow the print to gently unfold.

  • Your print may not lay completely flat at first. Place it on a clean, flat surface with the glassine paper side down and the image on top facing the table. Use clean, weighted objects on each corner to help flatten it. Avoid placing anything directly on the image itself.

  • If you need to roll the print again, place the glassine paper on top of the image side of the print to avoid scuffing, and use a slightly smaller tube to roll the print around. This helps prevent creases or damage.

Caring for Your Print

Your photograph is printed on Hahnemühle Baryta Photo Rag, a museum-quality, archival paper made from 100% cotton.

  • Use clean cotton gloves whenever possible to keep oils from your hands off the paper.

  • Refrain from touching the image surface directly, this paper can scuff easily.

  • Keep your print out of direct sunlight and areas with fluctuating temperature/humidity (like bathrooms or kitchens) to preserve its rich colors over time.

With proper care, your photograph is made to last for generations to enjoy.

Framing & Display

  • Always use acid-free materials when framing.

  • If cleaning the glass, use light soap and water only.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals.
